Short Description
As part of the regional ICC development project in Indianocean , the IOC is launching the fourth round of allocation of “AléVini, regional mobility fund”. The project, financed by the French Development Agency (AFD), aims to strengthen regional collaboration and contribute to local economic development linked to the structuring of cultural actors and their ecosystem.
Eligibility
- Be an INDIVIDUAL national of one of the beneficiary countries of the ICC project: Union of the Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles and Mozambique;
- Be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action, and not act as an intermediary;
- Work in a cultural and/or artistic sector;
- Comply with the compliance rules defined by the IOC and the AFD and not be subject to any restriction or sanction measures from technical and financial partners at national and international level.
Eligible activities
- Networking mobility : meetings with different operators and partners, for the identification or development of a joint project and the establishment of new collaborations;
- Creative mobility : participation in a creative residency or an artistic and cultural exchange program with the objective of creating and/or producing an artistic work or research;
- Skills development mobility : participation in training workshops or thematic meetings, with a view to improving or acquiring knowledge in an area of ICC as participants or trainers.
Applicants must work in one of the following sectors:

Performing arts;
Music;
Audiovisual/cinema;
Literature and books;
Architecture and design;
Digital arts;
Multidisciplinary forms of creative expression.

Program Benefits & Awards
This call includes two types of support:
- Regional mobility assistance for the individual: the amount requested in this category must not exceed EUR 2,500 .
- Aid for the export of works: the amount requested in this category must not exceed EUR 500.
Both grants can be combined, but applicants cannot apply for the export aid grant for works only.
Cost eligibility: what costs can be considered?
i. Support for invidual mobility

Additional luggage
Air and sea freight
Customs and transit fees
