The International Competition for Young Artists is a unique opportunity for young talents to express themselves and contribute to the cultural dialog. The project will bring together artists from different countries and will help to conceptualize and convey the values of their people through art.
Kartina Mira competition is held in three categories: painting, graphics and digital art, computer graphics and animation. Students and graduates of art educational organizations of secondary and higher education in Russia and foreign countries, as well as institutionally free independent young Russian and foreign artists aged 18 to 35 inclusive, are invited to participate in the competition. You can apply for the competition on the official website until March 1, 2025.
For young artists from around the world, it is a space for:
- cultural exchange
- strengthening traditions academic education
- self-actualization and participation in large-scale projects
The competition is designed to become a bridge between tradition and modernity, past and future, creating a space for cultural exchange and interaction. Young artists will present their works on significant social, cultural and philosophical subjects.

The winners will be awarded an exhibition at the branch of the Tretyakov Gallery, providing a remarkable platform to present your work to a wider audience.
