Short Description
Bolivia Design and Poster Biennial BICeBé presents its 2025 International Poster Call and invites graphic designers from all over the world to participate in this important activity of the world’s poster design agenda.
Contestants may be design students, graphic designers, plastic artists, photographers and graphic producers in general, of any age and nationality, having posters printed between April 2023 and April 2025, except for those submitting as Category D and Category F that must be unpublished posters.
Concept for Category D: “The Second Life of Objects”
Designers are invited to create a visual message that highlights upcycling and repurposing. The theme focuses on how reusing materials reduces waste, benefits the environment, and fosters creativity. A successful poster should inspire viewers to give new purpose to everyday objects and contribute to sustainability.

The competition is open to anyone.
Program Benefits or Awards
Diplomas of Honor for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in all categories.
Special Recognitions for the best Bolivian poster, best Category D poster, and best Category F student poster.
Winning posters will be announced on October 24, 2025, during the Main Ceremony in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.
Categories & Submission Rules:
Published Posters:
Category A: Cultural posters
Category B: Social posters
Category C: Advertising/commercial posters
Category E: Motion Design Poster (Free topic, up to 2 entries per designer)
Unpublished Posters:
Category D: “The Second Life of Objects”
Category F: “Slow Down to Move Forward” (for students aged 18-25)
Submission Requirements:
Up to 10 posters (except motion posters, max 2).
Format: JPG, RGB, 300 dpi (max 12 MB per poster).
Size: 70 x 100 cm (vertical) for print posters; 1080 x 1920 px for motion posters.
