Art Collide is an international art competition with an open theme, allowing artists to explore any subject, style, or medium (excluding video). The competition aims to celebrate diversity and artistic freedom, offering an online exhibition and various awards.

 

Information & Application Details:

  • Jan 30, 2025 – Early Entry Deadline
  • Feb 20, 2025 – Final Submission Deadline
  • Feb 23, 2025 – Finalist Notifications Begin
  • Feb 28, 2025 – Finalist Fees Due
  • Mar 11, 2025 – Cash Prize Notifications & Exhibition Starts
  • Mar 12, 2025 – Cash Prizes Distributed (via PayPal)
  • Entry Fees
    • FREE ENTRY to submit.
    • Finalists must pay a $35 fee to be exhibited and considered for prizes.

 

Eligibility:

  • Open worldwide to all artists.
  • Accepts 2D and 3D artworks (excluding video).
  • Submissions must be in JPG/JPEG format.

 

Theme:

  • Open-themed: Artists can explore any concept, style, or message.
  • Encourages freedom of expression, diversity, and interconnectedness of art.

 

How to Apply:

Submit your application via email to contact.artcollide@gmail.com, including:

  1. Your name (first and last)
  2. Up to 10 images of your work (JPG/JPEG only)
  3. Details of each artwork: title, medium, dimensions, date, and price (if for sale)
  4. Optional: Artist statement and bio

Important: No PDFs, ZIP files, or Google Drive links accepted.

 

Submission Requirements:

  • Each participant can submit one entry (containing 3–10 images).
  • The artwork must be original and created by the artist.
  • No offensive or explicit content allowed.

 

Program Benefits:

  • First Prize: $300–$1,000
  • Runner-Up: $100–$300
  • Merit Prize: $25–$100
  • Honorable Mention & Finalist Awards

Finalists:

  • Featured in the online exhibition at Art-Collide.com
  • Move to the final jury round for cash prizes
  • Select finalists may be offered interviews and solo features

  • 0% commission on sold artwork – artists keep 100% of sales.
