Short Description
A leading company—partnering with Desall—is inviting innovative design proposals for furniture elements optimized for production via injection molding using a single mold. The contest seeks creative, contemporary, and minimalist designs that are functional, easily assembled (sold disassembled for compact packaging), and suitable for both indoor and outdoor home use.
Product Categories: Furniture (chairs, tables, shelves, etc.) and objects/accessories (for desk, kitchen, bathroom, etc.)
Project Type: A single piece or a collection of furniture elements designed for home use
Design Guidelines:
Minimalist and modern style with refined aesthetics
Must be designed for injection molding with a single multi-cavity mold
Designed for quick, tool-free assembly (using interlocking systems)
Entirely plastic (option to use recycled or incorporate co-molding with other materials)
Optimized dimensions for disassembled packaging
Materials to Submit:
Detailed project description (using provided “Abstract” and “Description” fields; all text in English)
Up to 5 images (4:3 format, JPG/GIF/PNG, RGB, max 1 MB each)
Optional: A .zip archive (max 100 MB) containing 3D files, CAD files, high-resolution images, and/or a video (max 50 MB in .zip)
