Short Description
Les Talents SATI is an art competition dedicated to emerging artists from European art schools.
Once a year since 2014, Café SATI has invited participants to propose a project on the façade of its roasting plant located at the Rhine port on the border between Kehl (Germany) and Strasbourg (France).
Theme: the river
This year, Les Talents SATI invites artists to draw inspiration from the river—a symbol of movement, exchange, and transformation. Flowing through landscapes and across borders, it connects territories and cultures, shaping both nature and human experience.
Whether seen as a space where human and non-human life coexist, a vessel of collective memory, or a channel of communication, the river embodies both fluidity and strength, permanence and escape. Artists are encouraged to explore its role in our environment, its impact on society, and the narratives it carries.
