Open Call for Artists – Group Exhibition
Collect Art is a cultural organization founded in January 2020 in Tbilisi, Georgia. Since our inception, we have been representing both national and international artists, supporting local artists, publishing art magazines and books, and organizing exhibitions across various locations as well as online.
At the end of 2024, we opened physical gallery space ‘Collect Art Gallery’ in Tbilisi through a collaboration with contemporary Georgian artist and collector Maka Gotsiridze. We are now proudly based in a prestigious location in the heart of the city.
We are pleased to invite national and international artists to apply for our upcoming group exhibition.
There is no specific theme for this exhibition.
We are accepting submissions in painting only. Each painting must be no larger than 20×20 cm. Works can be abstract, landscape, portrait, figurative, or any other style of your choice. Paintings should be on canvas, unframed and ready to hang.
Open to artists of all nationalities, aged 18 and above.
Selected Artists Will Receive:
• Participation in a 10-day physical exhibition at our gallery in Tbilisi, Georgia
• A month-long online exhibition
• Feature in our magazine, including biography, artist statement, social media/website links, and artworks
• Artist interviews
• Social media promotion
• Digital certificate of participation
• Complimentary digital copy of the magazine
• Option to purchase the printed magazine edition
In addition, a select number of outstanding artists will be invited to feature in our upcoming book publication:
“101 Contemporary Artists and More…”
Submission Requirements: Up to 12 images of your work (JPEG or TIFF format, minimum 300 dpi), artwork details: title, medium, size, year, brief biography & artist statement (minimum 100 words), website and social media links
Submission Deadline: May 9, 2025
Exhibition Date: June 15, 2025 (subject to change)
No application fee
Participation fee: €115 (only upon acceptance)
All artworks must be for sale. The gallery retains a 30% commission on sold works.
