Clio Art Fair:

CLIO ART FAIR is a curated fair born with the challenge to launch independent artists and showcase the careers and achievements of already affirmed creative minds.

By specifically targeting artists without any exclusive NYC gallery representationCLIO ART FAIR focuses its attention on the kinds of contemporary art and interventions that are being created by independent artists all over the world.

Without the constraints and usual concerns of the art business, these artists have been freed up to use different materials and media and to deviate from accepted art practice definitions. The resulting work being exhibited seeks to foster a dialogue that transcends prescribed geographies, hierarchies, and markets; and to further opportunities for greater expression of new media and ever ground-breaking content.

Clio Art Fair Returns to New York with Double Edition

and Groundbreaking Performance Project

May 1–4 & May 8–11, 2025

528-532 West 28th Street, NYC

New York, NY — Clio Art Fair, the leading independent art fair that champions self-represented artists, returns to Chelsea this spring with two consecutive editions: May 1–4 and May 8–11, 2025. Each week will feature a completely new roster of 35+ international artists, offering collectors, curators, and the public a fresh and diverse experience across both weekends.

Now in its celebrated tradition of innovation, Clio Art Fair presents “Behave As If God Exists”, a special performance project exploring inclusivism, spiritual, social, and existential themes through live actions and interventions by emerging and mid-career artists. This curated segment will unfold across both weekends, engaging viewers in dialogue and presence beyond the visual.

Clio Art Fair continues to break the mold of traditional art fairs by providing a high-visibility platform for artists without exclusive gallery representation. Focused on direct connection, authenticity, and discovery, Clio has become a must-attend event for those seeking what’s next in contemporary art.
