A. Farm invites applications from artists for our ongoing self-funded residency program in Saigon, Vietnam. With a rolling application process, artists can apply throughout the year. The residency duration for self-funded artists is flexible, with a minimum stay of one month, in monthly increments. Shorter periods may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Keeping with A. Farm ethos, artists in residency have complete freedom in their practice; there are no obligations or limitations placed upon them. The main aim is to enable a change of perspective for resident artists, inspire collaboration and foster conversations and exchanges with local artists and the community.

Resident artists also have the opportunities to engage with the local art community in Saigon and build lasting networks through artist presentations, open studio sessions, exhibitions, performances as well as critique sessions with local artists and curators.
