Short Description

ACS is offering a recent graduate the chance to win £6,000 to contribute to the cost of an artist’s studio in a UK city of their choice.

Eligibility

  1. Competition open to all nationals of the UK, EEA, Australia and New Zealand worldwide only.
  2. Only one entry per person is permitted
  3. All artwork entered into the competition remains 100% copyright of the artist
  4. An entrant can enter new or existing work
  5. All artwork must be 100% original copyright owned by the artist and must not use any third party copyright material
  6. All artwork can be used in marketing and advertising the competition by the Artists’ Collecting Society (ACS) and third parties
  7. Entrants must give permission for their names and photographs to be used for publicity
  8. Entrants must be a visual artist who works in pictures, collage, painting, sculpture, tapestry, ceramics, glassware or photography

Submission Requirements

– A 1000-2000 word statement on why you are applying for the ACS Studio Prize

– A PDF portfolio, which features 15-20 images of your work and a single-page Artist CV
