Arts AlUla is a cultural initiative in Saudi Arabia dedicated to supporting design, creativity, and craftsmanship rooted in the cultural and natural heritage of AlUla. Through competitions, exhibitions, and development programs, Arts AlUla nurtures emerging and established designers while promoting innovation, sustainability, and contemporary design rooted in local narratives.

Open Call: 4th Edition of the AlUla Design Award (Design, International)
Designers and artists worldwide are invited to submit product concepts inspired by AlUla’s cultural, natural, and material heritage. The award offers a unique opportunity to see winning designs commercialized through the AlUla Boutique, receive professional exposure, and develop prototypes showcased at the AlUla Arts Festival.
Ten shortlisted concepts will be professionally prototyped and exhibited alongside regional design leaders, while two winning designers will have their products commissioned and commercialized as limited editions.

Technical Requirements
- Maximum prototype budget: SAR 1,500
- Maximum unit production cost: SAR 400 (including packaging)
- Maximum size: 1 m × 1 m
- Maximum weight: 5 kg
- Designs must be: safe, scalable, producible with approved materials/techniques, and suitable for limited-edition retail.
