Ey!Studio A.I.R. Program
The Ey!Studio A.I.R. program is an artist-in-residence initiative held at Ey!Studio, an independent creative space located in the vibrant Carabanchel district of Madrid. The program is designed to provide an ideal environment for contemporary artistic research and creation, while fostering the dissemination and visibility of projects developed during the residency.
The residency is open to artists, curators, and researchers of any nationality and age. We accept applications from all artistic and creative disciplines, with a particular focus on visual arts and projects connected to the Madrid context. The working languages of the residency are Spanish and English.
Each residency period hosts between one and five residents, with stays ranging from a minimum of two weeks to a maximum of three months. The program includes accommodation and workspace within private studios, as well as promotional actions for the project, such as social media coverage, features on the Ey!Studio website, and a promotional video interview.
Public presentation of the work developed is not mandatory. However, for stays of four weeks or more, the program offers the opportunity to participate in a group exhibition organized by Ey!Studio, featuring work selected by the curatorial team based on quality, relevance, and curatorial coherence.
