- Register to pixiv and log in
- Visit the contest’s special website, select Choose Entry Category, and pick the category you wish to enter.
- Select the Manga tab, then click on Add Images and choose the image(s) you want to submit. For multi-page works, make sure to select all the pages.
- Check that the tag for the category you're entering is included in the Tags section. Fill in any other required information and click on Post.
Global Comic Awards
We're calling for submissions in both free and themed categories. Exceptional creators might even get the chance to debut, guided by actual editors.
Short Description
The competition is co-organized by Pixiv, a Japanese online platform and social network for artists and Celsys, a Japanese graphics software company.
The Global Comic Awards is accepting comic, manga, and webtoon submissions from comic creators of all ages, from anywhere in the world. There are two categories: Free and Themed.
Eligibility
The competition is open to anyone.
"If you wish to explore your creative world without constraints, the Free category is ideal for you. For those who enjoy crafting stories around a specific theme, we invite you to participate in the Themed category.
In the Themed category, we are looking for works about “Memory”.
It could be recollections, recording devices, or anything else your imagination can conjure up. Unleash your creativity and explore this theme in your own unique way!"
