Home / Away: An Exploration of Familiarity and Otherness.
This open call explores the psychological and visual polarity between the comfort of home and the excitement of being away. Photographers are encouraged to capture the familiar—feelings of love, calm, and nostalgia—often through specific color palettes or film aesthetics. Conversely, the exhibition seeks to highlight the "otherness" and adventure found outside one’s comfort zone. Artists may focus on one side of this polarity or investigate the tension between both.

Eligibility
- Location: Open to photographers worldwide.
- Age: Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Copyright: Artists retain full copyright to their submitted works.

Fees
- Submission Fee: Free to submit.
- Participation Fee (only if selected):
- £16 for 1 image.
- £22 for 2 or more images.
Application Requirements
- Images: Up to 5 images per applicant in JPG format.
- Naming Convention: Files must be named as FirstName-LastName1, FirstName-LastName2, etc.
- Documentation: Submission email must include your full name, location/nationality, short biography (max 2 sentences), social media/website links, and image titles.
