InkWellness is for everyone. Trauma, depression, anxiety, and stress are not localized to any specific group or situation. Everyone deserves a safe way to express their experiences and discover new understandings and insights into themselves to begin to heal. At InkWellness, we seek to make this process accessible and comfortable for everyone.
Brief Description
InkWellness is an organization centered around the principle of healing through creative writing, and there is nothing our participants display more than resilience. We want everyone involved to express themselves and their experiences through creative writing.
