Short Description

The 16th edition of the international contemporary art fair ArtVilnius’25 will take place from 3 October to 5 October at the Exhibition and Congress Centre Litexpo in Vilnius. Each year, the fair brings together around 70 art galleries and institutions from over 20 countries and attracts 18,000–23,000 visitors of all ages.

 

Eligibility

Any contemporary art gallery wishing to participate in the Art Fair must duly fill in and submit the official application form to the Organizer by the deadline set forth in the application. Applications received after the deadline set by the Organizer will not be considered.

 

Exhibits that are not suitable for the Art Fair exhibition:

  1. Design items and items of applied art;
  2. ethnographic and folk art pieces;
  3. counterfeits and artwork of illicit origin;
  4. considerably restored, damaged or revised artwork.

 

Submission Requirements

  1. a list of exhibitions held in a previous year;
  2. a brief description of its main activities;
  3. a description of a proposal for an exhibition in the Art Fair (general concept, full names and brief resumes of the artists to be presented);
  4. graphic materials of artwork proposed for the exhibition in the Art Fair;
  5. the size and plan of the selected stand;
  6. any other requests for the stand, including the necessary equipment, are ordered separately for an additional fee.

Participation Fee:

Participant fee. If the gallery is selected to participate in the Art Fair, it must pay the participation fee according to the invoice provided by September 2, 2025, based on the chosen booth size.
If the participant fails to pay the above-mentioned fee on time, the Organizer has the right to unilaterally withdraw the invitation to participate in the Art Fair without further notice and use the assigned exhibition booth at its discretion.
If the participant cancels their participation in the Art Fair, they must notify the Organizer in writing by August 1, 2025.

Stand size:
49 sq. ft. m. – EUR 3 000 – 3 200;
42 sq. ft. m. – EUR 2 800;
28 sq. ft. m. (for young galleries, working up to 3 years) – EUR 2 000.

For the aforementioned fee, the participant shall be provided with:
stand lightening.
one table, two chairs, stand cleaning;
program of participants and guests during the Art Fair;
media services:
space in the Art Fair e-catalogue at www.artvilnius.com (contact information, artists presented and photographs of 6 artworks .
Advertising in social networks;
Advertising on the Art Fair`s website;
Releases to media channels.
Gallery participation and cooperation in provision of media services by the Organizer as well as provision of information and material for the promotion of Art Fair is mandatory and constitutes one of the essential commitments towards the Organizer.
