Short Description

MALDITO FESTIVAL launches its International Video Poetry Contest section with the purpose of raising awareness of two disciplines that, either individually or collectively, are much more isolated and forgotten than we would like. In our experience, these disciplines are considered marginal in large European capitals, even more so in small towns within regional borders, where their diffusion is non-existent.

From MALDITO FESTIVAL we intend to vindicate videopoetry as an art that connects people, transmits feelings and stimulates different ways of seeing the world. It is also a small contribution of enormous people to promote visual art, preventing it from being marginal and cursed.
