Brief Description:
The K11 Curator Prize, launched by the K11 Art Foundation, recognizes Asian curators or curator collectives with exceptional originality and relevance in their curatorial content. The inaugural edition focuses on digital art. The winner will curate an exhibition or educational program (2026–2028) and gain opportunities for cross-collaboration and professional development.

  • Application Deadline: February 7, 2025.
  • Announcement: March 2025.
  • Eligibility:
    • Open to Asian curators with at least three public curatorial projects.
    • Applicants should have been active in the art field for 5–15 years.
    • Projects must involve multiple participants and function as exhibitions (not editorial projects).
  • Submission Requirements:
    • PDF (max 10MB) emailed to k11curatorprize@k11artfoundation.org with the subject: K11 Curator Prize – [Name of applicant].
    • PDF Content:
      • Personal information (name, age, gender, nationality, email).
      • CV (max two pages).
      • 300-word statement on curatorial approach.
      • Up to five images with captions and/or link to a 5-minute reel (optional).
      • One-page proposal detailing initial curatorial ideas.
  • Selection Criteria:
    • Originality in curatorial approach to digital art.
    • Excellence and relevance of past exhibitions.
    • Scholarly research depth.
    • Efforts to engage and educate the public.
    • Clear, innovative project objectives.
