Organizer Information

The Prof. Hans Jürgen Kallmann-Stiftung manages the Kallmann-Museum Ismaning, which opened in 1992 and recently underwent a major modernization. The Kallmann-Preis der Kreissparkasse is a prestigious successor to the original Kallmann Prize, backed by the generous commitment of Kreissparkasse München Starnberg Ebersberg. The award honors the legacy of Hans Jürgen Kallmann (1908–1991), a German painter and draftsman known for his focus on portraits, animals, and landscapes.
