The Artist Residency Program provides each resident with : • One to two months in residence at La Maison de Beaumont. • A fully equipped private apartment with kitchen & bath (see further below for Housing Options) • Access to a Music & Exhibition room a multi-use space that can serve as as an artist studio, a performance and exhibition space or for other artistic endeavors • A Common Terrace for relaxation, networking with other residents, meditation, etc..The Artist Residency Program provides each resident with : • Up to 12 weeks in residence at La Maison de Beaumont • Fully equipped private apartment with kitchen & bath (see further below for Housing Options) • Access to our Music & Exhibition room and Fine Arts Atelier • Common Terrace for relaxation and networking with other residents

Application Process

We accept applications on a rolling basis. In order to apply, please send us an email at : contact@lamaisondebeaumont.com including your preferred start date and duration for the residency as well as each of the below items : 1. Statement of Intent : i) Share with us details about your work and background ii) Tell us what inspires you about spending time in Provence & Luberon 2. Work Sample 3. Proof of Payment (screenshot) of the Application Fee of 45 EUR payable through Paypal

Housing Options

The residency program offers several housing options to accommodate the varied budgets and aspirations of our resident artists. Our Tournesol studio will be offered to resident artists for a minimal cost of 575 euros for each 2 week period (corresponding to 1150 euros for 4 weeks).Residents may choose to upgrade to a larger apartment based on availability and the fee schedule below for each 2 week period (for each 4 week period you would need to double those amounts). Note that the residency is for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 12 weeks. We recommend at least 4 weeks to take full advantage of this experience based on our residents feedback.

• Miel, large studio / 750 euros
• Ocre, studio loft with private terrace / 1150 euros
• Luberon or Provence, one bedroom / 1275 euros
• Horizon, one bedroom penthouse with private rooftop terrace and private balcony / 1350 euros

There will be a 150-425 euros check-in fee for each stay (depending on the size of the unit & the season of the residency).

The Music & Exhibition Room

The Music & Exhibition Room is in the vaulted main room of La Maison de Beaumont, in what was once a medieval passage. The room is equipped with a Yamaha N1X piano. Painting stations may also be set in this room next to the glass door.Each resident should bring their own equipment but there might be some equipment/supplies that are left behind at La Maison de Beaumont from previous residents.
