The Steepletop Residency, introduced in 2021, offers a self-directed, partially subsidized artist residency for creatives seeking time and space in a supportive environment. Unlike Millay Arts’ blind jury process, Steepletop allows applicants to schedule their stay in advance. Residents receive a private bedroom, studio space, access to shared facilities, and communal dinners prepared by an in-house chef. The program fosters an interdisciplinary artistic community and provides a nurturing, inspirational setting for focused work.
