Assistant Director and Curator of Contemporary Art.

The Lima Art Museum (MALI) is seeking professionals with academic training in art history or related disciplines to join the Contemporary Art Director and Curator Assistant position. This position is aimed at individuals with a strong commitment to research and critical thinking, while also providing the necessary administrative management functions. It is essential that they are actively involved in the local contemporary art scene.

Eligibility:

  • The individual must be a graduate or have a degree in Art History, Cultural Management, Humanities, or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles or in cultural institutions.
  • Knowledge of contemporary art history.
  • Advanced level of English (oral and written).
  • Advanced level of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is desirable.
  • Organizational skills, effective communication, and strict attention to detail.
