Eligibility:
- Must be 45 years or older
- Must be a painter (accepted mediums: oil, acrylic, gouache, ink, tempera, watercolor, egg tempera, casein, enamel on paper, canvas, fabric, or wood, including fresco)
- Mixed media, encaustic, collage, digital paintings, dry pastels, chalk, prints, graphite, and drawings are NOT eligible
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (can be living abroad)
- Must demonstrate financial need
