Short Description The Work Trade Residency at A-Z West, stewarded by High Desert Test Sites (HDTS), offers selected participants an opportunity to exchange labor for lodging and studio access. Residents work up to 15 hours per week assisting with site maintenance, ceramics production, and other specialized tasks. The residency is immersive, focusing on rural and experimental living in the California high desert.
