Threshold Gallery is a multi-level gallery space located within the Mithun lobby on historic Pier 56, Seattle, WA. Dedicated to showcasing local artists, the gallery provides the public, clients, and tenants an opportunity to engage with inspiring artwork. Newly renovated in 2022, it offers space for flat work, objects, sculptures, and media art. The gallery supports emerging and established artists in the local arts community.

Threshold Gallery 2026 Call for Artists
Threshold Gallery is seeking visual artists or collaborative teams for its 2026 exhibition season. The program includes four seven-week exhibition periods. Selected artists will showcase their work in a professional, multi-level gallery setting, enhancing the workplace environment while engaging the public. Exhibits may include flat work, objects, sculptures, or media art. Artists are responsible for installation, de-installation, and functioning of electronic components if applicable. The gallery does not take commission on art sales.

Eligibility:
- Emerging or established visual artists
- Collaborative teams of up to three members
- Washington State residents prioritized
- All visual media welcome, except large-scale installation or sound-based works

Application Requirements:
- Resume (max 2 pages per artist) including contact info, professional experience, exhibitions, awards, references, and website
- Proposal statement (max 300 words) describing the exhibit concept and relation to submitted work samples
- Minimum of 10 work samples (max 3 images per sample), including title, date, medium, dimensions, and a 60-word description
- Compiled as a single PDF (≤10MB)
