Curated by Toronto Artisan Corp., the market focuses on high-quality craftsmanship, original art, and a "single category" vendor model to ensure a diverse and professional experience for visitors and creators alike.

2026 Season Vendor Applications.
We are now accepting applications from handmade artisans, visual artists, bakers, and creative small businesses for our 2026 outdoor market season. The market serves as a premier platform for local talent to showcase original works in high-traffic areas including Trinity Bellwoods Park, Christie Pits Park, and the CF Shops at Don Mills.

Eligibility
- Products: Items must be handmade and original. No resale, retail, or factory-made goods are permitted.
- Categories: Vendors are only allowed to sell products in the categories explicitly approved in their application.
- Requirements: Vendors must provide their own 10’ x 10’ canopy tent (mandatory), tables, and tablecloths. Tents must be secured with weights (no stakes/pegs).
- Exclusivity: Booth sharing, leasing, or transferring is strictly prohibited.
Program Benefits
- Premium Locations: Access to high-traffic urban parks and shopping centers.
- Promotion: Agreement allows the market to use vendor photos/videos for promotion on official websites and social media.

Fees
- Trinity Bellwoods Park: $145 + HST per date.
- Christie Pits Park: $90 + HST per date.
- CF Shops at Don Mills: $120 + HST per date.
- Note: All fees are non-refundable.
Application Requirements
- Online Form: One application per vendor per year.
- Social Proof: Must include links to a website, Instagram, or other selling platforms.
- Product List: Comprehensive list of all product categories intended for sale.

Applications must be submitted through the official Jotform portal.

- Trinity Bellwoods: May 10, June 14, July 12, Aug 9, Sept 13 (11am-5pm).
- Christie Pits: June 21, Sept 27 (11am-5pm).
- CF Shops at Don Mills: May 23, June 27, July 25 (Night Market), Aug 22, Oct 17, Nov 14 (12pm-6pm).
- Application Review: Rolling basis; notification within 7–10 days for approved applicants.

Additional Details
This is a Rain or Shine event. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) is prohibited at the market. Approved vendors will receive payment instructions via email and must pay by the due date to secure their spot.
