Grid Photo Gallery has opened entries for Travel: Around the World 2026, an international open call dedicated to photographic exploration of place, culture, movement, and human environments. Looking beyond simple postcard tropes or visual stereotypes, the call embraces a broad definition of travel—from sprawling landscapes and dense urban centers to remote outposts, quiet interiors, isolated roads, and intimate everyday encounters. Selected works will be featured in a curated, globally accessible online exhibition commencing December 1, 2026.
Categories
The open call features No Rigid Category Divisions. Submissions may cover Travel Photography, Street Scenes, Landscapes, Remote Territories, Urban Architecture, Cultural Spaces, and Documentaries of Daily Life.
Eligibility
- Age Benchmark: Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of submission.
- Geographic Scope: Open unconditionally to photographers of all nationalities and locations worldwide.
- Submission Volume: No limit to the number of images an individual photographer may submit.

Application Fee
- Entry Fee Structure: €7 EUR per submitted image.
- Policy: All entry fees are non-refundable.

Entrants retain full underlying copyright to all submitted images. Photographers grant Grid Photo Gallery a non-exclusive, perpetual license to display and promote accepted works across online exhibitions, promotional materials, and the printed exhibition catalog. Photographers remain entirely free to sell or license their images elsewhere.
