Eligibility
- Open to nonprofit organizations only.
- Organizations must be registered as 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
- Applicants must be based in the United States or U.S. territories.
- Organizational activities and projects must primarily take place in the United States or its territories.
- Organizations must be in good standing with the IRS and maintain a valid tax-exempt status.
- Applicants must be able to submit the required financial and legal documentation.
Important:
- Individual artists, researchers, or independent applicants are not eligible.
- Organizations working through fiscal sponsors are not eligible.
Program Benefits & Awards
- Grants typically range between $5,000 and $20,000 USD.
- Funding supports projects, initiatives, or operational programs aligned with the foundation’s mission.
- Selected organizations receive financial support for a single-year period or specific project.
- Recipients gain visibility through association with the Vilcek Foundation’s network and programs.
