Walk&Talk — Bienal de Artes invites applications from artists or collectives, two (2) of which will be selected for artistic residencies. This Open Call aims to introduce artists and their practices to the unique cultural and ecological landscape of the Azores, fostering research, creation, and the presentation of new artistic proposals during the Walk&Talk Biennial 2025.
SUPPORT
— Artistic residency.
— Presentation during the Biennial.
— Fee de artista/Artist Fee: 2.500,00€.
— Fee de produção/Production Fee: to be defined according to the project.
APPLICANTS
— Artists or collectives working in any field or discipline.
— Over 18 years old, regardless of nationality or location.
CALENDAR
19 dez 2024: Announcement of the Open Call.
31 jan 2025 (17h00, Azores time): Deadline for submission of applications.
18 feb 2025: Announcement of results.
mar—jul 2025: Artistic residency and production phase.
sep—nov 2025: Presentation of works during the Biennial.

The Ey!Studio AiR residency program takes place at Ey!Studio, an independent creation space located in Carabanchel (Madrid), one of the city’s most active areas for contemporary artistic production.
