The Sonntag Grant for Photography is an annual photography award launched in 2025 in Berlin, dedicated to supporting FLINTA artists (female, lesbian, intersex, non-binary, trans, agender). It provides time, funding, and visibility for thoughtful, critical, and imaginative photography practices.
Founded as a not-for-profit by Eveline Moczko and Colin Aherne, this grant awards one artist €3,000 each year to develop a project.

Description
The Sonntag Grant for Photography is hosting its first open call, offering €3,000 to support a selected project by a FLINTA artist (female, lesbian, inter, non-binary, trans, agender). For this inaugural edition, the theme is open, and applications are welcome from photographers worldwide. Projects may be documentary, staged, experimental, or anywhere in between; both new and ongoing work are eligible.
