Short Description
The HERALBONY Art Prize is an international art award established in 2024 to provide a platform for artists with disabilities from around the world, regardless of their professional status, age, or nationality, to showcase their creative power and support the blossoming of their careers.The prize includes a Grand Prize and Jury Awards selected by professionals such as curators and gallery directors, as well as Corporate Awards sponsored by companies that align with HERALBONY’s vision of reshaping the image of “disability and art.” The exhibition of award-winning works will present unique creations expressed through diverse materials, techniques, and styles, delivering the power of expression to a wide audience.
Eligibility
Artists with disabilities who wish to pursue careers in art internationally.
Those who pass the first-round judging will be asked to submit an electronic copy of one of the following documents for verification:
– Disability identification issued by a government authority
– Certificate of enrollment from a special needs school or welfare facility
– Medical certificate from a healthcare institution
Open to all professional and amateur artists. There are no age/gender/nationality restrictions.
Submission Requirements
- Applicant information: Name, contact details
- Artist information: Personal information including disability details,
- Artwork details: Title, year of production, size, materials, short description (max. 400 letters)
- Artwork images: Up to 3 artworks per artist; 1 image per artwork
