ARTIST IN RESIDENCE MUNICH / Villa Waldberta – the residency programm of the City of Munich – and NEBYULA / Rosa Stern Space e.V. offer a working residency for a professional visual artist. The artist lives in the Villa Waldberta in Feldafing on Lake Starnberg and works on a project of his/her choice with the support of the Villa Waldberta and Rosa Stern Space team. Participation in at least one public event in the Villa Waldberta and at NEBYULAÂ is expected.
Villa Waldberta
The Villa Waldberta in Feldafing on Lake Starnberg has five flats. The salons on the ground floor are suitable for communal activities with the other guest artists and are regularly used for events. The Villa Waldberta includes a large park, the so-called Chauffeurshäusl with another flat, and the Palmenhaus, a 70 m² studio that can be used year-round as a (shared) workspace and for exhibitions, but also for other event formats.

APPLYING FOR A RESIDENCY / GRANT
It is possible to apply for a residency as a guest artist through our open calls for applications, or by being suggested for the program by one of our Munich cooperation partners. Open calls are regularly published on our homepage. Proposals from Munich cooperation partners are welcome for the year 2025. Unsolicited applications will only be considered in exceptional cases – for example, when other artists cancel on short notice.
Artists suggested for the program must reside outside of Bavaria. Guest artists who stay at one of the residences will receive a monthly grant of € 1,200. In addition, we will reimburse them for a monthly ticket for the local public transportation system.
Within the framework of the residency programme, the guest artist receives a stipend of € 1200 per month from the City of Munich. The accommodation with own kitchen and bathroom is rent-free, the costs for travel expenses (economy class) up to an amount of € 350,- within Europe and up to € 800,- if travelling from outside Europe will be reimbursed, as well as the monthly tickets for the public transport in Munich.

Please kindly share the application link
I need this where are guidelines and application forms
There is no application form, I go in circles with each new link with no way to applying
There is no separate application form. The PDF in this link (https://www.artistinresidence-munich.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/Call_for_applications_visual_art.pdf) explains how you should prepare your documents and submit them via email. I don’t know why people can’t find it.
Is the application process over ?
