In an industrial area 6 minutes walking distance from the S+U Karl-Bonhoeffer Nervenklinik (S25, U8), we have converted a former office buildings into studio houses with 19 long-term studios.

We have divided bigger studios into smaller ones!

The private studios range from 18 to 91 sqm, have fixed overhead lights, daylight windows, electricity, heating, freight lift, community areas and a lockable door. Ceilings and carpets are removable in both units!

Studios cost from 322€ including utilities and electricity. Sanitary facilities and a kitchen space are available inside both units. Contracts are open-ended with 6 month notice. Artists are allowed to work in the studios 24/7. Sharing is possible.

2 LONG-TERM STUDIOS AND 1 DARKROOM

On an industrial estate 5 minutes from the Heidelberger Platz ring and underground station, we have converted two former office buildings into studio houses. The private studios have fixed overhead lights, daylight windows, electricity, heating, freight lift, community areas and a lockable door. Next to the studios, we offer a 20sqm big analog photography studio / darkroom.

Studios cost from 450€ (no VAT needed) including utilities. Sanitary facilities are available on every floor. Contracts are open-ended with 6 month notice. Artists are allowed to work in the studios 24/7. Artists are eligible to apply for our ‘Culterim | Studio Shows’ and get discount for renting our exhibition spaces.
