Two Seas

An artistic and curatorial project founded in Marseille, Dos Mares has been an international art research center since 2013. Dos Mares implements a set of tailor-made systems for the professional development of artists and art workers. The research center draws on the field of reflection of artists and curators Ron Reyes Sevilla and Laurent Le Bourhis, whose field of research is precisely the ecosystem of art itself. Complementary to the research and creation programs in art, Dos Mares’ systems allow everyone to explore the complexity of professional artistic activity and to imagine a relevant position in our changing societies.

Dos Mares is a member of Arts in Residence – National Network, the Regional Chamber of Social and Solidarity Economy Enterprises PACA, Miramar Méditerranée, Visual Arts Resources Network, Sud Tiers-lieux and Provence Art Contemporain.

Dos Mares receives support from Transverso Art Foundation, DRAC Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, City of Marseille, South Region and Departmental Council of Bouches-du-Rhône
