International Yerevan Print Biennale

The KulturDialog Armenien and the Organizing Committee of the International Print Biennale, Yerevan in accordance with the international schedule for the Biennale, announce the official registration of artists for the “Jubilee Fifth International Print Biennale, Yerevan 2025” on September 15, 2024.

The Organizing Committee of the International Print Biennale, Yerevan will gladly accept your applications from September 15 to November 15, 2024.

Any professional artist or art student in his/her two final years of education using a traditional printmaking technique (engraving, etching, dry point, aquatint, mezzotint, soft ground, woodcut, linocut, lithography, offset lithography, silkscreen, calligraphy, monotype, digital print, etc.) is eligible to enter the “Jubilee Fifth International Print Biennale, Yerevan 2025”.

Please note:

  • There is no thematic restriction
  • There is no participation fee

The International Board of Juries composed of outstanding professionals from Poland, Norway, Armenia, Germany, France, Denmark, Iran will select the artworks which meet the requirements of the contest.

We would like to remind you that the KulturDialog Armenien, which supports the creation of intercultural exchanges and the formation of dialogue between Armenian and foreign artists, first initiated and organized the “First International Print Biennale, Yerevan 2017” in Yerevan in 2017, the only large-scale project in the region in the field of printmaking art.

955 artists from 73 countries applied to participate in the “First International Print Biennale, Yerevan 2017,” with a total of 3,230 works. As a result, the international jury selected 447 works by 227 artists from 50 countries to be presented in the final competition held in Yerevan.

Thus, the KulturDialog Armenien and the Organizing Committee of the International Print Biennale, Yerevan are eagerly awaiting your applications.
