OVERVIEW
- EligibilityNo restrictions on nationality, gender, educational background, age, place of residence, or whether or not you have a disability. However, you must be able to pledge that you have no ties to anti-social forces.

- GenresWorks that the artist themself considers to be contemporary art in the broad sense.
- MediaPainting, sculpture, photography, three-dimensional works, media art, video, sound art, installations, etc. Only works that do not damage the venue, can be exhibited there, have reasonable durability as an art work, and are intended for sale.

- ClassificationQualifications
- StudentThose under 25 years of age who have not graduated from a vocational school, junior college, or four-year university. Elementary and junior high school students are also welcome to apply.
- Early StageThose who have had less than two solo exhibitions at museums.
- Late StarterThose who started working as artist after turning 35, or those who have had a total of more than five years of absence between the ages of 25 and 34 due to childcare, elderly care, or medical treatment.
- Middle StageThose who have had two or more solo exhibitions at museums. Or Artists who have had works sold at auction for over 3,500 USD
- Artist at riskThose whose activities as an artist are hindered by disasters, conflicts, wars, political persecution, or crimes, or those who have experienced such situations in the past and are still suffering from the negative effects.

Terms and Condition
・ No fee to exhibit.
・ Only works that are free of copyright, publicity rights, design rights, or other legal issues are eligible for exhibiting.
・ If the Executive Committee determines that “the work has legal concerns,” “violates public order and morals of Japan,” “hurts the feelings of the residents of the 12 cities and towns in the Hamadori area where the event is being held,” or “the promotional elements of a particular political ideology or political stance are too big compared to the artistic value of the work,” the exhibit will be refused regardless of the timing.
・ Works will also be sold on the Art Fair’s official website. The sales period for works on the official website will be until February 28th.
・ If works or goods are sold, 40% of the sales amount will be income for the Art Fair.
・ The price at the time of sale will include 10% VAT (Seitaro Design inc. will sell on your behalf).
・ The sales proceeds will be transferred to your bank account (fees will be borne by us). The transfer will be made at the end of March.
・ You can choose to bring your work directly to the venue or send it separately. The shipping cost to and from the venue will be borne by the artist.
・ It is also possible to exchange a written agreement with the buyer that stipulates that the work will not be sold for a certain period of time.
・ Artists are not required to be present at the gallery, but we would appreciate it if you could come to the venue as much as possible. We can also provide discounts on accommodation.
・ You can also install the work at the venue by yourself. In that case, you can install it with any concept as long as it does not damage the venue.
・ If there is no specific installation concept, your works will be installed according to the common design of the art fair.
・ Your participation will be officially decided when you sign an contract with us.
・ We will set up property damage insurance for the exhibited work from the time it is brought into the venue to the time it is taken out (or shipped).
・ The following benefits will be provided to artists who come directly to the venue.
1. Partial subsidy for travel and accommodation costs (up to a certain limit). We welcome visitors from overseas, but please note that most travel expenses will have to be borne by the artist.
2. You are free to set up installation works inside and outside the building where the fair will be held (please present your plans to the Executive Committee in advance. Installation may be refused depending on the content of the work. Also, installation will be refused if it will damage the venue. The artist is also responsible for disposing of waste after removal.
3. During the art fair, workshops and performances can be held within the venue. Please consult with the Executive Committee in advance regarding the content.
4. You can participate in the artist statement writing workshop and the basic global web marketing course for artists for free. Please note that the workshop uses Japanese.
5. You can participate in the reception for free.
6. A special article will be created on the art fair’s official website.
7. We are currently preparing various other benefits for visitors. We will announce them as they are confirmed.
