NADA Villa Warsaw Call for Proposals

The New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) is now accepting proposals for NADA Villa Warsaw, May 15–19, 2024.

The collaborative exhibition is being organized by NADA Members Michał Kaczyński (Raster), Marta Kołakowska (LETO Gallery), and Joanna Witek-Lipka (Warsaw Gallery Weekend). We invite proposals from NADA’s international community of galleries, artist-run spaces, and nonprofits for this unique, gallery-driven initiative. The deadline to submit is Friday, March 8, 2024.

“Over the past decade, Warsaw has become the most vibrant capital city in Central and Eastern Europe. This public exhibition will bring together a group of like-minded international gallerists and artists in a spirit of collaboration, and provide a friendly introduction to the unique contemporary art scene in Warsaw and Poland. We would like to invite you to participate in NADA Villa Warsaw to experience the incredible energy of our region,” said Joanna Witek-Lipka, Director of Warsaw Gallery Weekend.

The project will take place at Willa Gawrońskich in the heart of Warsaw, near the National Museum, the Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art and several other cultural landmarks. Built in 1924 by Marcin Weinfeld, this neo-baroque architectural gem has been host to international embassies and historic events. NADA Villa Warsaw offers participants a unique opportunity to engage the distinctive character of these spaces.
