We are happy to invite all photo based artists to our first collective artist book exhibition Kapitel #1. Whether you work with photography, dark room experiments or have a mixed media practice, you’re welcome to apply.
We are looking for publications – photo books, artist books, zines, dummys, poster books and more! Experimentation & surprises are welcome, but bear in mind that we are a small exhibition space, and very large works will not fit.
The exhibition will be held at Studio Tabac in Stockholm, between 6-8 December, with an opening party Friday the 6th of December.
Note that you do not need to apply with a finished publication: please provide us with your website (if you do not have a website, you can upload a PDF portfolio).
You are very welcome to sell your publication at the exhibition, Studio Tabac takes 30% of the sales.
Deadline for applications Sunday 20th of October at midnight (CET), applications after this will not be considered.
Selected artists will be announced by the end of October.
The jury consists of Theo Elias, Angelica Elliott, Carla Lomakka, Émilie Vesvre, Milla Flyger & Hilma Hedin.
