The second residency opportunity is for an Irish artist or artist based in Ireland to take up a three month residency at Fremantle Arts Centre, Perth, western Australia from March – May 2025

Dwell Here
The Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA) is currently accepting expressions of interest applications for Dwell Here – a pilot residency programme convening an international community of artists and thinkers for sited practice-based research.
Dwell Here has three avenues for an interested practitioner to apply for, with each programme supporting multiple participants:
- One Year Residency – studio and accommodation
- One Year Studio Residency – no accommodation
- One Month Residency – studio access and accommodation
Applicants must prioritise one of the three opportunities when submitting an expression of interest application.
IMMA would like to hear from practices based in Ireland and internationally, working across disciplines of the visual arts, design, architecture, curation, and related humanities fields.
The links provided here offer information to each of the three Dwell Here residencies.
