The Résidence / Le Tremblay 2024

The aim of the Résidence / Le Tremblay is to promote creativity by supporting an emerging French or foreign artist, offering him or her a space for reflection, allocating defined means of production and a budget of 1500 euros
Artists invited to the Résidence will have been pre-selected by Galerie Christophe Gaillard

1 month of residency flexible no obligation of continuity
Between March and April 2024
Residency grant
€1,500 total fees

Provision of a fully-equipped apartment in the artist’s residence, and a studio
The resident will have access to the gardens and sculpture park
Payment of two round-trip train tickets (Paris – L’Aigle) for the duration of the residency
Restitution if the prize-winner so wishes (non-mandatory clause), he/she can envisage a restitution of the residency in a form chosen by him/her

This could take the form of a work of art or an artistic intervention in the broadest sense of the term, to be integrated either ephemerally or permanently into the Résidence / Le Tremblay

Application includes a project proposal, a portfolio and a recent CV
These should be submitted using the following nomenclature
