Wow Art Magazine is a magazine for interior designers, architects and all art lovers across UAE. It will feature more than 200 works by modern artists.
70 artists from all over the world will present you their art-pieces that are already priced and ready to sell.
A short biography of the artist is given so that you know whose art work is going to your home.
Open Call for Artists for Wow Art Magazine Vol. I
This open call is a great opportunity to present your works to Middle East market.
Wow Art Magazine is a new way to connect interior designers and architects to artists. It’s an artwork magazine that is delivered to designers in the United Arab Emirates and is also presented in luxurious beauty salons, car salons and hotels.
The main purpose of Wow Art Magazine is to help artists sell their works on the UAE-market and to help designers find the appropriate art pieces that suit the interior design.
Wow Art Magazine accepts ONLY digital images/files of works in format of:
Drawing (charcoal, graphite, pastel, pen & ink, pencil, etc.),
Fine Craft (ceramics, clay, fiber, furniture, glass, leather, metal, wood, etc.),
Graphics (computer art, digital art, printmaking, etc.),
Mixed Media, Other, Painting (acrylic, airbrush, gouache, oil, watercolor, etc.),
Photography and Sculpture.
ORIGINAL WORKS ONLY.
Video or performances are NOT accepted.
Judging Process
All eligible entries will be judged.
The jury selects finalistsÑŽ All Finalists are invited to get published in Wow Art Magazine Vol.I and be listed for sales and promotion through our networks. The competition criteria are:
– Quality
– Artistic technique
– Handling of medium
– Composition
– Originality
– Overall impression/impact

March 31st, 2023 – Last day to enter this juried competition
April 14th, 2023 – Notify Artists of Acceptance
April 30th, 2023 – Wow Art Magazine Vol. I is issued
Entry fees are not refundable. It means that they cannot be returned whether your works are rejected or selected.
Entry Fee: $25 for up to 3 images, $35 for 6 images.
This is a juried exhibit and your submissions will either be accepted or rejected by the judge(s). Payment does not guarantee entry into the Wow Art Magazine.
Organization:
Wow World Show Event Organizers is a Dubai-based company (License 1098925). Our main activity is to organize events that connect galleries to customers and designers. We have faced a problem that interior designers/architect do not have a kit/catalog that would assemble works of many artists with works specifications of each art piece and price, so that they could choose from or show to their clients. They ask our company to provide them artists portfolio, gallery portfolio but it’s very inconvenient for the designers to have a lot of different portfolios, all designed in different ways.
Our aim is to create one overall magazine that a designer can use as a tool to choose the art works and as a presentation material for their clients, where all the artworks will be presented with dimensions, price, artists biography in a clean and well-organized way.

Commission charges if artist’s works are sold by Wow Art Magazine
The main purpose of Wow Art Magazine is to help artists sell their works on UAE-market and to help designers find the appropriate art pieces that suit the interior design,
that is why all works in the magazine must be for sale, or the artist must be able to commission very similar works to the one represented in the magazine.
Wow Art Magazine will charge an additional commission on all sales. This commission will be added to the sell price determined by the artist. The added commission will vary according to the artwork cost and attractiveness to buyers.
