Paper Positions Berlin is an art fair dedicated to drawing and works on paper, held every spring in Berlin alongside Gallery Weekend. Its tenth edition took place from 30 April to 3 May 2026 in the main hall of the former Tempelhof Airport, with around 70 international galleries presenting contemporary and modern art on and with paper.

Since 2025, the fair has been held in the main hall of Tempelhof Airport (Platz der Luftbrücke 5, 12101 Berlin), a short walk from the U6 station Platz der Luftbrücke. Until 2024 it took place at the Deutsche Telekom Hauptstadtrepräsentanz on Französische Straße in Berlin-Mitte; the move to the 2,500-square-metre hall followed the fair’s growth.
H2: What You Can See
Instead of conventional booths, Paper Positions uses an open, salon-style layout. Works on show include drawings, collages, paper cut-outs, photographs, artist books and objects, spanning contemporary, modern and 19th-century art. Recent editions have added the special exhibition ceramic positions and a presentation by the winner of the paper positions award (Zuza Dolega in 2025).
