Submissions are open for the 18th EcoReels Film Festival on Environment, Climate Change, and Sustainable Development.
The festival invites filmmakers to amplify urgent stories exploring diverse environmental issues and perspectives, including climate justice, biodiversity, resource use, pollution, livelihoods, agro-ecology, natural resources, sustainability, and community-led action.

Eligibility:
- Who: Open to filmmakers of all nationalities.
- Completion Date: Films must have been completed between June 2023 and March 2026.
- Duration Requirements: Films must be between 60 seconds (1 minute) and 180 minutes long.
- Language Requirement: All languages are accepted, but non-English films MUST have English subtitles.
Program Benefits & Awards:
- Screening: Selected films will be screened at the festival in New Delhi in June 2026. (Note: Look out for details on other locations and potential online editions).

Application Fee & Program Costs:
The festival has a tiered submission fee structure based on your category and when you apply:
- Student (Short & Feature): Regular Rs. 200 / Late Rs. 300
- Short Film: Regular Rs. 300 / Late Rs. 450
- Feature Film: Regular Rs. 500 / Late Rs. 650
