The foundation also supports arts-focused nonprofits that work directly with these artists. 2026 Impact Grant – The Supporting Act Foundation
The 2026 Impact Grant provides unrestricted funding to arts-focused nonprofit organizations that offer non-financial support to emerging artists from underrepresented groups or those facing systemic barriers in the creative and cultural industries. The program is intended to strengthen organizations whose work contributes to better living conditions for artists, more time for artistic development, greater visibility for their work, and increased self-confidence.
The 2026 call will award 10 grants, each providing €25,000 per year for two years, for a total of €50,000 per organization. The funding can support an organization's core or strategic costs rather than a specific project.

Eligibility
Applicants must be nonprofit arts organizations registered between 2016 and 2024 in Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, or the United Kingdom.
Organizations registered outside these countries may apply through an eligible fiscal host. The applicant or fiscal host must be able to provide an appropriate IBAN bank account.
Additional requirements include:
- Projected total annual expenditure of €50,000–€300,000 for the current fiscal year.
- An updated public website demonstrating active projects that provide non-financial support to emerging artists from underrepresented groups or artists facing systemic barriers.
- Organizations must operate on a nonprofit basis.
Individuals, commercial organizations, unregistered groups, ongoing projects, and project proposals are not eligible. Current or former TSAF grantees cannot apply, while unsuccessful previous applicants may reapply if they meet the current criteria.

Location
Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, or the United Kingdom, with fiscal-host arrangements available for organizations registered elsewhere. The grant itself supports organizations rather than requiring an in-person residency or event.
Additional Details
The funding is unrestricted, so recipients are not limited to spending it on a predefined project. Organizations may use it for costs that support their mission and ongoing activities. If using a fiscal host, the applicant must provide a letter of intent from the host, and additional documentation may be required during due diligence. The grant agreement is signed between TSAF and the applicant organization.
