Short Description
25AV is a pan-European platform for audiovisual and performing arts, founded by a network of five community web radios: Kiosk Radio (Brussels), Radio Raheem (Milan), Radio 80000 (Munich), Stegi Radio (Athens), and Infame Radio (Brno).
The platform connects artists and audiences across the continent through a dynamic program of residencies, live showcases, radio broadcasts, and podcasts. Through its open call, 25AV invites collaborative projects from European artists to explore new audiovisual practices and experimental approaches that span performance, visual art, music, new media, and literature.
Selected artists are offered a residency program providing time, space, and resources for artistic experimentation at partner institutions in Brussels, Milan, Munich, Brno, and Athens. The program will culminate in the 25AV Festival in April 2027 at the prestigious KANAL–Centre Pompidou in Brussels, where the works developed throughout the network will be presented together on a single stage.
Each selected project will be awarded one artistic residency hosted by one of our hosting venues within the time frames listed below:

Eligibility
25AV invites artistic collaboration projects and collectives from across Europe(+) to apply for the 25AV Residency Programme, a pan-European platform for collaborative artistic production in the fields of media art, sound, performance, and audiovisual experimentation.
This Open Call is aimed at emerging and early-career artists (within 10 years of professional practice) with a focus or interest in interdisciplinary and collaborative practices, especially in the fields of:
– Sound art / Experimental and/or contemporary music
– Visual art / Media art
– Performance / Dance / Choreography or other time-based practices
– Text-based and cross-genre formats (including poetry, lyrical writing, and theory-driven approaches)
Applicants must form a duo or group of up to 4 artists and be based in at least 2 different Creative Europe eligible countries
e.g. in the case of:
2 artists: both artists need to be based in different countries
3 artists: 2 out of 3 artists need to be based in different countries
4 artists: 2 out of 4 artists need to be based in different countries

- CVs and bios of all collaborating artists
- Portfolio (max. 50 pages / 50 MB)

Program Benefits & Awards

– Artist fee of €1.000 per artist for participation in the residency
– Additional artist fee of €750 per artist for public presentations at the end of the residency
– Additional artist fee of €750 per artist for the final performance at the 25AV Festival at KANAL–Centre Pompidou (April 2027)
– A mentorship programme offering guidance on both artistic practice and career development
