Short Description

On Sunday, September 14, 2025, the city of Aichach and the Sparkasse Aichach-Schrobenhausen will award the 32nd Aichach Art Prize in the amount of € 2,500. In addition, an exhibition of the works juried in the competition will take place in the so-called SanDepot Hall.

Eligibility

All artists who live in Bavaria or were born in Bavaria, except for the art prize winner of the previous year. Artists who apply with a joint work cannot also apply on their own. (Spouse) partners may have to apply separately.

Submission Requirements

  • The online submission form for the 32nd Aichach Art Prize.
    The form can be accessed here. The title, technique, dimensions, orientation of the photo, and weights (in the case of sculptures) of the submitted work(s) must be specified in the online form. Once completed, the form will be automatically sent as a confirmation to the email address provided by the participant. If the original work(s) are submitted to the 2nd stage, the exhibition conditions must be accepted by the artist or the authorized representative by signature.
  • A maximum of two meaningful digital photos of the submitted work. The submitted image files must be saved in such a way that the orientation (top/bottom) corresponds to the original work depicted. In the case of multi-part works, the jury must be clearly aware of the scope of the overall work. Acceptable file formats: .jpg, .pdf,. Maximum size per file: 1.4MB
  • A short CV with name, address, and career must be attached to the online submission as a document. Acceptable file formats: .jpg, .pdf. Maximum file size 1.4MB

  • 32nd Aichach Art Prize for € 2,500.
  • In addition, an exhibition of the works juried in the competition will take place in the so-called SanDepot Hall.
  • At the end of the exhibition, on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., the Kunstverein Aichach will award an audience prize endowed with € 500.

Entry Fee

With the 1st application stage (photo jury), a processing fee of 15 € per artist must be paid.
