Project Manager (m/f/d) Art – Spreepark Art Space, Berlin
This position is a full-time employment opportunity for an experienced cultural project manager to join the interdisciplinary team working at the intersection of contemporary art, public space, and urban transformation in Berlin.
The role focuses on the production, coordination, and administration of artistic projects connected to the Spreepark site, including indoor and outdoor art interventions, exhibitions, events, symposia, workshops, and performative formats. Position & Tasks
- Managing art projects in indoor and outdoor public space contexts, including scheduling, monitoring progress, and reporting
- Coordinating production and implementation of exhibitions, events, performative formats, symposia, and workshops
- Overseeing administrative and financial processes related to cultural projects
- Managing procurement procedures in compliance with public-sector regulations
- Handling contract preparation, contract tracking, and documentation in ERP systems
- Monitoring budgets at project level, including invoice processing and payment documentation
- Preparing and documenting meetings, including formal minutes and reporting
- Supporting interdisciplinary collaboration within the Spreepark and Grün Berlin teams

Eligibility
