BBK Bundesverband (Bundesverband Bildender Künstler:innen) is the national association for visual artists in Germany. BBK promotes professional development, cultural participation, and project-based support for artists and educational initiatives. The “Wir können Kunst – Kultur macht stark” program is designed to fund extracurricular arts projects for children and youth, in cooperation with schools, associations, and nonprofit organizations.

BBK “Wir können Kunst – Kultur macht stark” 2026 – Project Funding for Extracurricular Arts Initiatives This program supports extracurricular cultural and arts projects in Germany, providing full funding for project implementation. Eligible projects include participatory Visual Arts, Applied Arts, and creative workshops for children and youth. Applicants receive financial support for artist honoraria, materials, venue rentals, and transport costs, enabling organizations to deliver innovative cultural education experiences.

Eligibility
