About the Awards
The BLT Built Design Awards celebrate excellence in architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and construction products worldwide. This annual program recognizes professionals and students whose projects push the boundaries of innovation, sustainability, and design excellence. The awards aim to highlight outstanding contributions that address modern urbanization challenges and inspire future generations.
Eligibility & Categories
The competition is open to architects, designers, companies, and students globally. Entries can be conceptual, in-progress, or completed projects. The awards feature four main categories:
Architectural Design of the Year
Interior Design of the Year
Landscape Design of the Year
Construction Product of the Year

How to Apply
The submission process is entirely online:
Register – Create an account and select professional or student status.
Complete Profile – Add company/university details.
Submit Project – Enter project details, designer name, and description.
Choose Categories – Submit to one or multiple categories (50% discount on additional categories).
Upload Media – Submit up to 10 images, a PDF document, and a website link.
Review & Submit – Finalize submission and apply.

Early Bird Discount (10%) – April 30, 2025
Early Submission Discount (5%) – May 31, 2025
Regular Deadline – June 30, 2025
Final Deadline (10% Late Fee) – August 24 – September 10, 2025
Selection Process
A distinguished jury panel of academics, industry leaders, and designers evaluates submissions based on:

Functionality & Practicality (safety, usability, ergonomics)
Durability (quality and longevity)
Impact (social or environmental benefits)
