The Caribbean Culture Fund launches its fourth Call for Proposals, inviting eligible cultural organizations and creative entities to submit projects that strengthen artistic production, collaboration, and cultural exchange across the Caribbean region.
This funding opportunity supports initiatives that contribute to artistic development, cultural research, innovation, and community engagement. The program is designed to encourage projects that foster regional cooperation, promote inclusion, and reinforce sustainable cultural practices. Selected proposals will receive financial support to implement projects that align with CCF’s core values of equity, cultural preservation, and ecosystem strengthening.
Projects may include artistic productions, cultural programs, research-based initiatives, collaborative platforms, public engagement formats, or knowledge-sharing activities. The emphasis is on projects that create measurable impact within Caribbean cultural communities while promoting exchange between territories.

Eligibility
- Registered cultural organizations, institutions, collectives, or legally recognized creative entities.
- Based in eligible Caribbean countries and territories as defined by CCF.
- Demonstrate proven experience in managing cultural or artistic projects.
- Possess the administrative and operational capacity to implement the proposed initiative.
Priority may be given to projects that demonstrate regional collaboration, inclusion strategies, and long-term sustainability. Individual artists may apply only if legally registered as an organization or entity under local regulations.
